What should I do if the device is abnormally offline?

  1) Check the status of the device indicator to determine the status of the device.

  2) Check the network situation.

  (1)Please confirm that the currently connected network can access the Internet normally;

  (2)The camera does not support connecting to a 5G network, please confirm that the currently connected 2.4G network is normally available;

  (3)Please make sure that you have not modified the router wifi account and password during use. If you have modified it, please reconnect to the Internet;

  (4)Please make sure that the router is disabled with the \”anti-network\” function (blacklist and whitelist, MAC filtering, etc.);

  (5)Bridge mode is not recommended for camera networking. If you are a campus or enterprise user and the school or company assigns a static IP address to each student or employee, you need to manually enter the static IP address to access the Internet. At present, the camera network does not support this situation, and you need to choose another available wifi connection,then the cameras do not support the WPA/WPA2 enterprise encryption mode for camera networking.

  3) If the device is offline during the upgrade, a short time offline is normal, and if it is not online for a long time, you can try to recharge the device power off and connect to the network.
