How can I give feedback on device problems or upload device logs?

  1) You can submit feedback in the device Settings-Feedback, which can report both App logs and firmware logs to facilitate troubleshooting.

  2) You can also ues AP feedback log: You can click \”Upload log\” on the Network conncection failed page and follow the instructions. After uploading the log successfully, click Copy ID and send it to us; or Device-Setting-Device Information, click the upper right corner to give feedback.
